Dear, here is a simple solution to your problem. Wait till your frenulum is fully healed. Make a habit of applying any local anesthetic gel on that part when you are going to sleep. Just after applying local anesthetic gel on that part try to open that adhered skin a bit. Don't pull that skin much. Repeat this daily. You will get your desired result within one month.
