You do massage with olive oil and almond oil twice a day. Try some vacuum therapy, kegel exercise and jelqing exercise. Start eating a healthy diet like green vegetables like spinach, cabbage, kale etc contribute in male enhancement. Also citrus fruits like avocado, orange, and lemon that are rich in Vitamin B9. For more suggestion you can consult with us on Lybrate personally.

If it is a tight frenulum, and you are unable to retract it fully, it needs a minor surgical treatment. Consult a surgeon for advice.

You have short frenulum and you feel pain during intercourse. I advise you to do Circumcision if there is unbearable pain in moving back foreskin when penis is erected. It is a minor operation done under local anesthesia so there is no pain. You can get it done from good government hospital. You have to go to surgery OPD in the hospital.

In this circumstance, a surgical procedure called a frenuloplasty may be indicated, which helps to increase the length of the frenulum and reduce the risk of tearing. Men who have undergone this procedure should refrain from sexual activities for six weeks to allow the area to heal.

Hello and welcome to Lybrate, I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. If you are sure that you had torn your frenulum during your masturbation, there is nothing to worry. Allow it to heal and do not use your penis for a week or so. I irritation persists, do consult a doctor for personal inspection.
Hope I have answered your query. You can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Hello and welcome to Lybrate. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. It is just like any other wound on your body. Wash it with cold water and try to stop the bleeding. Then apply some ointment. If problem persists, do consult a doctor in person.
