calcium, vitamin D and protein will be important during the bone healing process, so be sure you're focusing on food sources rich in these nutrients, including dark, leafy greens, broccoli, fish, meat, yogurt, nuts and seeds

The lower end of the vertebral column is inflamed and that bone is called coccyx bone and the condition is called coccydynia. The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and also to sit in a hot water bowl where the penetration of the heat would help to reduce the inflammation. And to reduce the weight falling on the inflammed surface we suggest patients to use air cushion pillow (also called as doughnut pillow) where in the buttock's weight wi...more

Soon after a fracture occurs, the body acts to protect the injured area, and forms a protective blood clot and callus around the fracture. New "threads" of bone cells start to grow on both sides of the fracture line. These threads grow toward each other. The fracture closes and the callus is absorbed.

A swollen toe can occur for many different reasons, including injuries, infections, and conditions such as arthritis. Some causes of a swollen toe require a visit to the doctor. In general, people should see a doctor if the swelling persists or is accompanied by pain or other worrying symptoms.

I have pain in both hands (3 inches above and below the elbows) and legs (5 inches above and below the knees). Not bone pain as I feel good if I try to restrict my blood flow. I always wear knee and elbow caps for pain relief. As far I remember i'm suffering from this pain for almost 13-14 years. Currently, i'm 20 years, i'm was being told it was due to the growing stage. Earlier I had vitamin d level 7 but now it is 30 but still, the pain is not gone. I have pain almost daily, I will feel lucky I don't have pain that particular day. If I walk for long or stand or play, or do something intense then the intensity of the pain will be unbearable sometimes due to pain I can't even sleep at night. In my test report, I have everything normal. Tests I have done so far are aso titre, anti-nuclear, cpr, hla b profile, anti-ccp, phosphorus, cpk, uric acid, calcium, glucose, vitamin d  and b-12, ths, cbc, alkaline phosphate, potassium, ldh, magnesium.
