Hello-"phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. An acute case of phimosis may create problems for the person when he would want to pass urine or to perform sex, as this action may either be restricted or become troublesome. This is when phimosis becomes a medical emergency. It has been linked with an increased risk of infection, loss of sexual stimulation of the penis and even penis cancer.

A foreskin that is tight enough to restrict movement is commonly known as a frenulum breve. This is remedied by a procedure called a frenuloplasty, where the tightness and restriction is removed.

Hello and welcome to Lybrate. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Circumcision is not completely removing the foreskin. Foreskin is just cut so as to make it completely retractable. I suggest telephonic counseling for you.
you can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

The initial choice of treatment is a steroid ointment that is locally applied. (This can be suggested by a doctor after you are examined in person.)The ointment softens the foreskin and is applied for up to 6 weeks. When full retraction is possible the ointment is stopped.
If this treatment is unsuccessful, a circumcision (surgical removal of foreskin) is advised.

Hi. Lybrate user. Foreskin can not removed without surgery now in this age.
It happened only in childhood when you was 5 years.
Now this can be removed by a small surgery for permanent.
The cost for surgery is only 10000 inr. Do not worry it is very small surgery.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Please do not panic or worry. The whitish substance is called smegma. Smegma is a combination of shed skin cells, skin oils, urine, sperm cells and moisture. It occurs in both male and female genital organs. In females, it collects around the clitoris and in males, smegma can collect under the foreskin. There is no evidence that smegma causes penile cancer, but its presence over a long period of time may irritate and inflame the penis, which may increase the...more

Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! It is not true that Masturbation will cause small penis/ or bend or lack of proper sex and weakness. The size has no relation to the enjoyment or fertility. If you have a penis and it can be erect and ejaculate semen you can have pregnancy and women will enjoy the penetration as only the initial part of the vagina is sensitive and not the length The average penis ...more
