Yes some meds lead to sleepiness don't worry has the breathlessness gone down if not do aec and total serum ige and inform if breathlessness still there.

Follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

It can be because of sinusitis or polyp nose or allergic rhinitis or sore throat or dns or adenoids etc. I need detail of case. In the mean while follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily.

No mention of diagnosis and treatment received. Although allergy to some agent is commonest cause for nasal congestion, and to identify it and if possible avoid it is the proper approach. You should consult ent specialist for examination for any defect or obstruction in nostrils like congestion, deviated septum, hypertrophied nasal turbinate or polyp etc decongestant nasal spray or drops give only temporary relief and at times habit forming.
