third step - show the report fourth step - start medications inhalers. Stop asthalin syrup start inhalers with consultation with a chest physician your provisional diagnosis - chronic obstructive pulmonary disease due to smoking.

tapering the dose of petril BETA10 means take two days stop two days.than take one day stop three days like wise omit. you can add
tab theophylin one or two times a day for short ness of breath.

Please do a chest xray and blood test for cbc
if there is associated fever then tb-gold test or montoux test needs to be done
based on the reports treatment would be suggested
however stay away from cold drinks and food and direct exposure if fan and ac.

The problem can be solved only by proper clinical examination by ent specialist for allergy, defect in nostrils, tonsils etc. If necessary correction of defect like growth in nose, septal defect or infected tonsils is to be corrected. Avoid dryness of mouth by consuming by drinking water up to 8-10 glasses daily. No smoking. Antibiotics if advised should be taken in adequate dose for long duration. Early warm saltwater gargling daily night if mildest complaints.

Avoid spicy food, drink less water at night, take 2 pillows for sleeping.

History of temporary nasal block for 3-4 days suggests allergy of nose at night resulting in nasal secretion resulting in blockage.
