This is especially beneficial at the end of a long day or when you’ve spent a lot of time on your feet. Or, roll a frozen water bottle under your foot. Rest
avoid using your muscle for a few days, especially if movement causes an increase in pain. But too much rest can cause muscles to become weak. This can prolong the healing process. After two days, slowly begin using the affected muscle group, taking care not to overdo it.

Use mineral based sunscreen which do not get absorbed and do not cause reaction like zinc and titanium oxide. If your skin is oily use gel otherwise use cream.
Hydrating and soothing elements like hyaluronic acid and aloe vera, and skin repairing components including vitamin c, niacinamide, ceramides and vitamin b5 can further add to the effectiveness of your sunscreen.
One of best is cetaphil sun spf50+
you can also look for similar ingredients alternative at different cost range.
