This is because you have dry mouth and do not have mucus layer which is protective layer and gives you immunity so that bacteria does not penetrate, this can be recreated by iron rich diet, as cold drinks produces dryness in mouth due to co2 hence avoid it, avoid spicy and salty food also.

Hi, Horlicks is an energy drink. Its high on carbohydrate. Its definitely not recomended for overweight or obese individuals. It can be a good weight gainer and adding it to milk is nourishing as milk is a complete food.

First of all its not a natural food or a replacement for food. So the question of good for health does not arise. It's a personal choice that people make. Alcohol in any form acts as a stimulant and so can be addictive. So beware of its bad effects - it can damage the liver and the whole of blood vessels in the long run.
