2 bottles per day is too much. It might be difficult to treat him as out patient. Find out a nearest Deaddiction centre, which is licensed and has psychiatrist to treat and get him admitted there, his liver function test and other testsmight be needed to adjust the dosage of medications during detoxification and further de-addiction. All the best.

Encourage him , you & others in family/friends should give him positive feed -back everyday. Link all the positive changes he feels to his quitting.
Tell him , that his liver cells are in a process of repair & it will take some months for the complete healing.
Give him the suggestion everyday preferably just at the time of sleep or even after he has just gone to sleep, that he is doing good!
All the best

It is because of concentrated urine due to inadequate intake of water. You should drink 8-10 glass of water daily. Some times it could be due to effect of some drugs. Get your urine examined for bile salt/ bile pigment to exclude jaundice.
