You can drink beer in the day or night on meal timings. You can take fruits, salad & fried foods with it. Avoid taking milk, egg & meat with beer as they can make your digestive system weak & badly effect your liver.

If you are in normal weight you can have long gaps between drinking water.
However if you are trying to lose weight. Then you need to have water before meals. During meals and after meals.
For example.
If you have one glass 200 ml of water you are saving on 300 calories in on meal. About 500 calories per day.
In one month it amounts to 15000 calories.
This way you could lose 2 kg in a month by having a glass of water during a meal.

Hello, yes cold drink has adverse effect on our digestive system so better to avoid, you can take home made lime juice, soup etc. Instead of cold drink I am giving you general tips for proper digestion: 1. Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 3. Take proper diet homemade food 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5. Avoid excessive tea, coffee 6. Do not postpone breakfast.
