Would like to know the reasons for stopping milk in the first place. Secondly you have not mentioned your age. If you are an adult you might be lactose intolerant. That is no cause for worry as you can easily get plenty of protein from Vege diet. Deals, paneer, soya etc are good species apart from ragi and other cereals.
