Hello lybrate-user, I understand your concern. I recommend scheduling an appointment with a dermatologist for a thorough examination of the dark spots on your face. Based on the evaluation, the cause can be determined and appropriate treatment options can be suggested, which may include topical creams, laser therapy, chemical peels, or other procedures tailored to your specific condition. It's important to seek professional advice to address the issue effectively.

If the lymph node is really a lymph node or any other thing. As well as they want to find out the size and depth of lesion to be certain (if necessary) about its position during surgical resection. You should take the test as it is not painful and there is no harm and lots of advantage.

U can do the following to ease the symptoms of psoriasis
1. Prevent dry skin
use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts.
Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming.
2. Avoid fragrances
most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis.
