Better use full form. Of the diseases whenever possible.
As a general it is always advisable to start Homoeopathic treatment side by side and once it starts action then taper down the allopathic treatment. Don't abruptly stop it.

Keratosis Pilaris is not curable. It's genetic and will comeback after treatment. There is one cream which can subside the severity and can keep it in check. Please call me for prescription.

Hi, you can use vit C. It reduces dark spots to some extent. Further treatment can be advised only after assessing the dark spots to identify its cause. You could use moisturizer and sunscreen during the day to prevent further skin pigmentation. Ingredients like niacinamide and others will help. Do consult a local dermatologist for proper guidance.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.
