Moderate elevation in platelet count beyond normal limits isn't a cause of concern. Unless you experience symptoms like pain in the legs while walking or dark colour of fingertips or nose tip, there isn't a cause of concern. To be sure, you can have a coagulation profile done and if the results are normal, there is absolutely no need to worry.

Having a high or low mpv doesn’t mean anything on its own. It should be interpreted within the context of other cbc results, such as platelet count. Several things can affect your mpv. Make sure you go over your test results completely.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Some men with an enlarged prostate gland (benign prostatic hyperplasia, or bph for short) eventually start to experience urinary incontinence, the involuntary discharge of urine. The incontinence can be related to overactive bladder, one of the changes in bladder function caused by bph.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
