Prevention 1 avoids source of infection because it occures by direct close contact or prolong contact with sick or dead infected poultry.

You have to treat th ulcer, not only take anti acids.
Apply glycerin on the ulcer. Eat only alkaline foods to help resolve from within. Drink lots of sweet fruit juices. Not add sugar to juice, but sweet fruit. Vitamins will help you heal.

Fever with cough and breathlessness with leucopenia are few symptoms of swine flu and is due to infleuenza h1n1 virus and males and females both are affected by it as its a contagious disease and it's better not to shake hands or kiss that person when he is symptomatic.
