Yes it possible to conceive with one tube also, the chances will be around 50-60 %. But it will take time in conceiving naturally. So try for few months, if not succeed then consult gynecologist.

if other tube is open and not 'attached' to ovary , do not bother
she will conceive naturally through other open tube that will give way to egg to travel

Milia is a common benign skin condition. It is not at all harmful to body. Treatment of choice is to get it removed by dermatologist as an OPD procedure.
Otherwise you can try Supatret cream or Retino A 0.1 % cream at night.
