From left fallopian tube it is not chances of fertilisation but from right tube if it is open then it is chances of fertilisation if their is not any pelvic infection.

Hai. Fertilized embryos are placed inside the cavity of the uterus directly. Tubes will not be involved in this procedure. So it can be done either in cases of damaged tubes or in cases of low Sperm counts too apart from repeated failures in IUI. Best wishes.
