I had bypass done in2013, having pulse between 50 -65, I am taking ciplar t b.d, tab nicardia retard 20 t.d.s, my b.p is under control but on reducing nicardia retard to b.d done evening and early morning b.p goes up, what drugs I should take in what dose.

Hello im 25 years old and I was born with an aortic stenosis (coarctation of the aorta), in 2015 I got surgery for it as you see they put a bypass right under my left subclavic artery that is trying to bypass the 2 mm stenotic zone. If you look closer you can see that the bypass got a stenosis on its own now, this id why I have tinnitus. Now the doctor said that he wil try to enlarge that 2 mm stenosis with a stent and close that bypass, as a result I wil lose the revascularization to my left arm, but that is not a problem as long as my t wil disappear, my fear is that the stenosis ca rupture as is realy thic, and I want to ask you guys, mby is a doctor in this group and sees this, what do you think, wil I die from an aggressive internal bleeding in the middle of the procedure, or will I live te hear what silicea sounds like ?

Hello, covid response varies from person to person and as it is a novel virus it response is highly unpredictable. But all said in post bypass heart surgery patient after 31/2 years, if otherwise was doing well with no other health conditions with normal heart function should have recovery and survival same as any other individual of same age. I have under gone a by pass surgery in 2002. I was I was prescribed: stir as 10 mg ,ecosprin 75 mg covance 25 mg. I have been taking these medicines since then. Now I consulted a doctor and he added two more medicines: tab kovandil 5 mg ,tab flavedon Mr. Should I take these medicines also. My bp remains 125/60 or130/70 .i am 79 years old. Thanks.
