If the proper track is not removed or lack of proper dressing it sometimes takes time to stop pus. Take hot sit bath and again continue dressing. After that meet doctor physically.

First of all you should know how anal fistula is formed, avoid constipation, eat healthy food & do regularly exercise, avoid western toilet, do potty in squatting position only,
