No there is no chances of pregnancy as no ejaculation inside vagina.
By rubbing with finger you might have given some trauma.

First of all oral sex or any other type of sex except vaginal cannot cause pregnancy.

Hi lybrate-user, since the ovulation time has passed 2 weeks back, there are little chances that you can be pregnant. After finishing meprate you should wait for 7- 10 days for your periods to start. So wait for some time. If no periods in a week, do a pregnancy test.

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.-new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it.
