Your finger pain can be due to various reasons our suggestion would be to do warm water bath to relieve from pain. If the pain doesn't subside please do ice therapy to reduce the inflammation from the finger.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have shin and hip pain as well as neck sprain then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having shin pain/ hip pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for such pain.

Cut and remove the thorn sting if possible with sterile blade if you are not confident to do that then you can apply candid b cream which will reduce the inflammation and gradually once the inflammation gets reduced then you can bend the finger.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
