. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. If it is just composite layering without gross tooth preparation, your dentist can remove it for you. You can go for laminates instead ,after your dentist shows you a mock wax up on a model so that you can express your likes and dislikes regarding the outcome ,and get the final laminates after necessary modifications. Laminates will provide superior esthetic results with minimal tooth preparation.
