You can go for a physiotherapy treatment. Fracture healing may take time. You can wear a suitable foot wear and the walking pattern depends upon the healing. The gait after a fracture should be monitored with the physiotherapists.

Treating your sprained ankle properly may prevent chronic pain and instability. For a Grade I sprain, follow the R.I.C.E. Guidelines: Rest your ankle by not walking on it. Limit weight bearing.
