Yes, homoeopathic treatment can cure Sciatica... there is no doubt and there are number of cured cases...

But these combinations and mixtures are not actually following the homoeopathic prinicipals... Most of the patients take over the counter suggestions or directly from the medical store... And when they don't give results, start blaming homoeopathy.

A selection of homoeopathic medicine requires meticulous case study and matching of the individual symptoms of the patient..

Maintain a healthy weight. This places less strain on your joints, leading to reduced pain and increased energy and mobility. Losing weight if needed can also help your medications work better. Some psoriatic arthritis medications are less effective in people who are overweight.
Exercise regularly. Exercise can help keep your joints flexible and your muscles strong. Types of exercises that are less stressful on joints include biking, swimming, walking, yoga and tai chi.

Hi lybrate-user
first let you know sciatica pain always radiates back of legs / back of thigs if pain persist front of leg/ thigs so its not scitica its due to compression of nerve in lumber section like l1 l2 l3, well if pain in testical is a kind of radiative pain / referred pain due to neural flow, no need to worry just meet near by physiotherapist they will assess you and make best treatment plan for you.
Thanks & regards.
