If the prolactin levels are very high, you need to undergo amri brain. Also check thyroid levels. The dark patches on nect and face may be duebto insulin resistance. Try meeting an endocrinologist.

Fibroadenoma does not turn into cancer and does not reduce also. May grow slowly.
Either surgery or repeated check up 1 or 2 yearly
