vaaft and fibrin glue are the treatment for fistula not for fissure so better keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs, use ointment lox anally before defecation and ointment nitrogesic anally qid, you have told that you have 3 fissures so you may be having some inflammatory bowel disease too so consult gastrointestinal doctor.
