Hello,
Ideally you should be repeating the scan again after 2 weeks to allow foetal pole to develop but if the foetal pole is not seen till the week, then it would be termed as an anembryonic gestation and the pregnancy would be a chemical pregnancy.

Don't worry the beta hcg is good.
Do a beta hcg in 48 hrs
and repeat scan after 1 week from a senior sonologist.
