In ectopic pregnancy baby survives only for initial short period, unledd it is abdominal pregnancy where may survive longer.
But all are dangerous.

Depending on condition of patient and ectopic pregnancy- observation, drugs or surgery. But needs immediate attention by gynecologist.

But in current situation of corona crisis if the healthcare facilities are available in your location you can go ahead and try for pregnancy otherwise you should postpone your plans for 1 or 2 months to be on safer side. It's up to you to decide.
