Hello doctor my ivf cycle is failed. Because embryos are not in good quality. So what to do? Amh is 2.4.my both tubes are not working. Should I go for the next ivf cycle or is there no chances to improve egg quality?

Hello doctor my age is 34 I have done one ivf cycle which was failed due to poor egg quality. My amh is 2.4. In my first ivf cycle doctor retrieved 6 eggs but only 4 fertilised and 2 of them become embryo but both embryos had poor quality grade c.so my cycle was canceled. I am so depressed now. Is there any method to improve egg quality. My both tubes are not working. Please suggest me.

You can go for another IVF cycle.

I went to one fertility hospital .i have taken all the test. Test results are good. But she told me to do ivf next month. But this month also we tried for baby naturally. Its my hope. 1 went to hospital 16th day of period for scan. She gave me one tablet for 10 days primolut n on 20th day of my period to 10 days. Per day 2 tablets. This month am trying. Primolut n affect my pregnancy this month. Before going to ivf. Is it safe to take this month.

yes primolut n is given before ivf. But if you have this month. Take tab endogest sr 200 mg twice a day orally from day 20 for 10 days. If pregnancy it will support, otherwise it will benefit ivf too.

My antimullerian hormone is low so doc gave me evaserve for 1 month but again she also gave meprate 10 mg for 10 days. Meprate tablet is for getting periods. Then what is the use of taking evaserve. His wife has taken ivf treatment. Now on 29 oct embryo transfer has been done. Doctor advise for rest. After transfer, her stomach remains tight and constipation. Around 12 days after embryo transfer you can get bhcg levels tested which would confirm pregnancy. If abdomen is feeling very tight, do consut your doctor. Progesterone can cause constipation.

I had 2 miscarriages in 4 years of my marriage, 1st in 2017 and 2nd in 2018, had d & c in 2018 june after that trying to conceive but no success, in 2019 did fallopian tube test and my left tube is block ,doc said right tube is open you can conceive naturally but still no result. Visited to new doc in august 2020 ,she advised for ivf. And laparoscopy for to cut damaged tube and also consulted 1 more doctor for 2nd opinion she said no need of surgery .we can go for ivf. What to do pls suggest.
