Asked for female, 40 years old from Surat

My age is 40 .it's my late marriage and it's been 2 years. Unable to get pregnant. Consulted doctors they said my amh is low and follicles are less inside. She suggested ivf but I want to get pregnant naturally due to poor financial condition. Please advise.

1) probably you mean with non-ivf treatment and not naturally.
2) understand and accept the success of all treatments low at this stage including ivf though ivf may give the highest result.
3) also understand and accept higher risk to both mother and baby because of age.

Hi, my wife recently done an egg collection for ivf. After some days, we met Dr. and he said we got one a grade and 4 b grade embryo. I would like to know if we can do transfer now? What are our chances to get a successful pregnancy? As for the clinic they want us to do another egg collection which is not easy? Please advice.

I'm 32 years old female born with no uterus and have left ovary visible and no right ovary. Amh is 2.97. Hence, I have started with ivf treatment. Doctor started with first ivf cycle and for 5 days injection menopur 225 ml was given but Dr. found that only 2 follicles are growing with size 10 mm & 12 mm approx. First day reports were e2-108, lh-15.24, progesterone-1.87. 4th day reports were e2-374 6th day reports were e2-648 as, follicles count was not increasing Dr. stopped further treatment and asked for further treatment after 15 days. Can a ivf be successful and a good embryo can be formed? Is 2 follicles good for ivf?

My age is 30, married for 3 years. My reports are normal tubes patent and semen also normal. I done usg on day 17 and a corpus luteum was formed and et was 9 but there was no fluid in pod, my doctor told me that your egg is not released and it get luteinized and she named it luf syndrome. So what to do now can I go for ivf.

That is only for this cycle.
Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.

I am 34 years old. Undergoing ivf treatment. Embryo transfer done on 24 nov and on 1 dec I got slight bleeding/ spotting for 3 days as I missed one dose of duphaston. But next day I had taken 4 tablets of duphaston and tranexamic acid 1 tablet. Is this affect my success rate in this cycle? Please answer.

Your information is contradictory.
One can not have miscarriages and blocked tubes unless- 1) tubes are blocked after miscarriages or 2) miscarriages pregnancy were after ivf success.

Hello, its been 5 years of marriage and through out this we are not sexually active. Before conceiving I do some test it comes amh 1.26 and I am 28 years old and 4 years ago have tuberculosis in stomach and doctor says I am not able to conceive naturally with this amh level they suggested ivf as tb may damage my tubes. Its very hopeless situation for me. I do not know what to do. Please suggest me something.

There is nothing hopeless. AMH is on a lower side but can be increased medically and at 28, if tubes are not blocked, you can be made to conceive naturally. you can follow up for a consult if you wish.

If after ivf embryo transfer one is given hcg injection (puretrig5000) then when can one take beta hcg to confirm pregnancy? How many hours does it take for the injection to dose off. I took hcg injection on 27th 10: 15 am undergoing ivf process and test value is 82.5 when the sample was given on 30th sep 6: 45 am. Is this result because if injection or actual pregnancy?

Typically, it takes about 10 days for the drug hcg to clear from blood and urine. So, if you do an upt too soon — 10 days or less after the hcg injection — you may get a false positive because you are detecting the medication that is still in your blood and urine, not the hcg that a pregnancy is making.
