1) probably you mean with non-ivf treatment and not naturally.
2) understand and accept the success of all treatments low at this stage including ivf though ivf may give the highest result.
3) also understand and accept higher risk to both mother and baby because of age.

Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.

Your information is contradictory.
One can not have miscarriages and blocked tubes unless- 1) tubes are blocked after miscarriages or 2) miscarriages pregnancy were after ivf success.

Typically, it takes about 10 days for the drug hcg to clear from blood and urine. So, if you do an upt too soon — 10 days or less after the hcg injection — you may get a false positive because you are detecting the medication that is still in your blood and urine, not the hcg that a pregnancy is making.
