Asked for male, 35 years old from Tumkur

I am 35 year male and married 5 years wife age 32. Semen test impression is pyospermia. Total count 55 million/ml motility pr+np =40% morphology 7% pus cell 12-15/hpf. Planning for child please suggest treatment plan can we go for iui, ivf? Or other treatment plan. Please suggest.

White blood cells in pyospermia can weaken the sperm, pyospermia can damage its genetic material. I would suggest you to make your semen healthy too by ayurveda herbal treatment. You should call or chat by Lybrate private consultancy link in your own interest. Going for iui etc without healthy semen may not do much good and may waste your money.

I had ivf and it successfully my beta hcg is now 32567. My first beta hcg happened on 4th april which is 1765 .my usg happened on 14th april and the report say gestational sac 13 mm but no fatal pole. No heart beat .when will I able to see fatal pole? Will it a chance of miscarriage? When will I able to get heart beat.

Heart beat generally appears in 6 weeks, if there is no foetal pole then there is every chance of abortion.

I have ivf treatment now, just got gonal 450 ie/0.75 ml yesterday afternoon, but I forgot to put into refrigerator until 20 hours later I put them back to refrigerator, can I still use them, or any dangerous, or I have to exchange with my doctor? Many thanks.

Hi, this is my first pregnancy, I have a failures of iui and ivf. I conceived naturally after 6 months of ivf failure. My last period was on jan 22 nd, on march 10th I have done upt and found it is positive, I went for scan and doctor has given report as gestational sac seen eccentrically near the left corneal end, within the endometrial margin and gestational age of < 5 weeks. First step is to find out about the degree of arthritis and enlarged liver if specialists of same say you are fit to be mother then yes.
I am sure you must be under treatment for molluscul contagiosum.
Understand and accept high risk to both mother and baby in view of your age.

1) probably you mean with non-ivf treatment and not naturally.
2) understand and accept the success of all treatments low at this stage including ivf though ivf may give the highest result.
3) also understand and accept higher risk to both mother and baby because of age.
