Yes it is safe. If you take misoprostol, amounts secreted in the breast milk are very small and will not harm the baby.

It should be safe because the ingredients are all plant based. Hope you are also following proper diet and supplements. Continue for another couple of months and see if the lactation is established by then.

Hi lybrate-user. Breast milk supply can be adjusted only in first few weeks after delivery. At present, if you have low milk supply, then meet pediatrician if baby's growth is adequate. If not, pediatriacian will advise formula milk.
