I would suggest get an urine culture done with antibiotic sensitivity. Only after that we can strt antibiotics. You can mail me the reports personally.
For the time being:
- drink plenty of water
- syrup alkasol- 10 ml in a glass of water x tds for symptomatic releif.

U might have urine infection or urinary calculi.
Get your urine routine test done.
Drink plenty of liquids. Tab paracetamol can be taken for fever.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night and urinary symptoms are indirectly related to gastric symptoms for infection
