I would suggest get an urine culture done with antibiotic sensitivity. Only after that we can strt antibiotics. You can mail me the reports personally.
For the time being:
- drink plenty of water
- syrup alkasol- 10 ml in a glass of water x tds for symptomatic releif.

- take an antispasmodic tablet if pain is more
- do urine RE/ ME (routine & microscopic examination) to rule out any urinary tract infection.
