Limit the amount of white bread, sugar, meat, junk food and milk products (cheese, milk, butter, cream.) and increasing fresh fruits, veggies, water and fiber (beans, oats,) also yogurt really helps due to the probiotics. he is suffering from some fungal infection.
Keep that area clean & dry.
Apply coconut oil+Camphore combination on that patch.
Use only cotton inner. Do the following measures.
Do not eat late night.
Avoid spicy food.
Indigestion if any should be corrected.
Regularize food eating timings.
Avoid fast food.
Take sound sleep at night.
Do not sleep during day.
