You cannot target a single body part.
You have to work on reducing and toning the whole body.
If there is discipline in eating, activity and sleep then digestion will also improve.
Eat small but frequent meals.
Avoid long gaps in between meals.
Avoid junk as far as possible.
Exercise at least 4 times a week.
Lastly be committed.
Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer.

1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day
2.Regular Physical activity
Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation.
Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week.
3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day.
You can increase your fibre intake by eating more:
