Well peri-umbelical lymph nodes are known as mesenteric lymph nodes.this are enlarged due to any inflammatory condition like in gastro-enteritis commonly known as stomach-flu..inguinal lymph node can enlarged due to soo mny causes like any injury,,inflammation to the genitals,,cancer metastasis,,cyst etc...i think u should go and consult with a doctor for this purpose..

Check cbc esr crp tests and pus for pyogenic c/s and pus for afb. Tb gold test in blood also help a lot.
