Avascular necrosis is localised death of the bone. Necrosis can occur due to traumatic injury, side effects of drugs or disease. The dead areas of the bone do not function normally, they weaken and they can collapse. Avascular necrosis eventually leads to the joints attached to the dead bone deteriorating. Avascular necrosis can occur in the knees, shoulder, waist and ankles, but the hip joint is the most commonly affected.

I am presumjng that you are suffering from avn of the hips. If you are suffering from stage 4, stage of an established arthritis of the hip joints and if you are having significant pain, decrease in walking ability and reduced range of movements, you will be benefitted with surgical treatment.
Unfortunately there is no allopathic treatment which will help you improve your condition permanently.

Hello
your condition may lead to aspiration pneumonia which could become very complicated. To avoid this type of situation you need to take care of your lungs as well as eating habits like don't talk while eating, have little bites, do breathing exercises etc. surely you can consult a doctor or dietician for the same.
