Like any too good to be true fat burner, this is a tall claim made.
Most fat burners in my experience have majorly not worked.
Most people take it as a “trial and error” product meaning that they only find out that most often it's not really effective after trying it. Most people claim to have experience little or no difference at all after using a fat burner.

Firstly never give up on your efforts to stay fit.
1. It is unfortunate that many Gym Instructors are just body builders with no idea about Body Physiology and the Science Behind Weight Reduction.
2. Please do not rely on such Gym Instructors.
3. There is nothing such as Fat Burner. It is just waste of money and time. There is no medicine, herb, mix, that can burn fat.

What is your height, don't use fat burners, it causes dangerous side effects, if you r looking for six pack abs then rigorous dedicated exercise, well balanced diet, will only help but not in short duration, diet should be more of protein and less of fat and oil, and more of green leafy vegetables salads fruit etc.
