Try to change the type of exercise you do. Increase protein and fibre in meals. Avoid processed foods sugar salt maida. Have you done a body fat percentage analysis. It can give you a percentage of fat and muscle in the body. No need to start fat burners. A heavy exercise routine atleast five times a week for an hour with a balanced low val diet will help.
