Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. I strongly advise against using fat burning supplements.
It is important to know how you got into being" not slim" if you work on the causes which brought you to this state, you can get back to being slim.
Reducing calories and going on crash diet does not work in long run. Because you can not fight hungers and craving for lifetime. Unless you decide to be marathon runner, just doing exercise will also not reduce your weight much. Exercise can surely make you fit, prolong your life but m...more
