I guess My mother diagnosed cyst in upper pole of right kidney in ultrasound. She had blood in vomiting (two times) on 6th Nov 18. Thereafter she was fine but complained of pain in right side of abdomen Please go through the report and advise: 1. Is the situation critical to go for surgery urgently 2. What is remedy. If it can be cured with medicines or at least further growth can be stopped. 3. Whether cyst in kidney can be cause of blood in vomiting or further diagnosis required 3. Any other advise you would like to give.

If there is a cyst on adrenal right side then it would age to be surgically removed and sent for hope for confirmation of diagnosis.

Kidney cyst does not require any treatment. High creatinine needs a nephrologist opinion who will give both medical and dietary advices.

Angiomyolipomas are the most common benign tumour of the kidney. Although regarded as benign, angiomyolipomas may grow such that kidney function is impaired or the blood vessels may dilate and burst, leading to bleeding.
You need surgery to cure this.

If it is a simple cyst. Not to worry, if you have a complication or symptoms than drain the cyst, mostly are accidentally finding.

Hi, Right kidney shows a cyst of size 17.714.4 at upper pole and left kidney shows a cyst of size 14.713. 9 mm at middle pole. Right kidney measures 92. 3 mm and left kidney measures 95. 6 mm. Those report came through USG of KUB region, along with this prostrate is enlarged in size weighs 34. 2gms and urinary bladder post void volume is 98. 9 ml. the age of patient is 79 years. How we treat this? Along with above he is COPD patient too. Please suggest me.

Cyst are common in that age group. If its a simple cyst , you need not worry. However certain type of cyst can be cancerous and require further evaluation for which it is important to know the complete character of the cyst

For prostate , a simple medicine can be used to decrease its size and improve symptoms initially

For gall stones. Plan your surgery electively. It is usually routine laparoscopic surgery with 1 day stay in hospital and recovery in 5 to 7 days if you r working. Should get it done whenever you have the time and as complications are not good.
For kidney cyst. Nothing to be done.
For kidnuy stones. Also nothing to be done.

I have one serious query related to my dad can any one help me out because right now my entire family in stress and my dad is not well to we are doing best for my dad as he is suffering from IPF. Treatment is going on as per doctor advice. Doctor told me that its normal just take medicine and some precautions like stay away from dust, smoke etc Can any one help me out how serious disease is it (IPF) doc advice Fibrodone medicine twice a day till 3 month my dad health is okay but he is not getting internal body power like previous he is I don't know what to do now. He is feeling like down after few walks outside he feels down its because of disease? Is there any way to gain internal energy to improve the stamina and gain some body power like previously he is. Is it serious disease IPF? Because I read on internet life cycle with this disease is 3 to 5 years its true? I am really worried can any one help me out for this. I want to do best for my dad Thank you.
