I got my serum creatinine test done from 2 labs yesterday - one says it is 2 and the other one says it is 5.45 - why there is variation between the two. Both are accredited labs.

It is not uncommon for lab values to be different and no other reason is ther for variation out of which one is wrong. Accreditation doesn't mean or guarantee you can get correct results.

If you mean cysts you have renal cysts and the cause of cysts need to be studied and removed by a surgeon.
