Pain in abdomen can be due to renal stone .Stones are found in kidney when someone take less fluids or increase in Uric acid level,main cause is less intake of water.plz increase your water intake or fluids at least 3-4 litres a day your stones will be flushed out.

Hi, generally fistula doesn't cause pain. It may be a fissure or a perianal abscess. Just consult your doctor again. Get a Trans anal Ultrasound done to get a proper diagnosis.
