You have not mentioned duration of fever, other complaints and medical treatment received. Now on you have to record mouth temperature at 7. Am, 12 noon, 9 pm every day. Consult physician - internal medicine, md. Who has to elicit proper history, clinical examination, related investigations, correct diagnosis, appropriate medications and follow up. Taking excess dose of paracetamol may damage liver. Take plenty of liquids and rest.

Repeat dose after 4-6 hours. Maximum dose per day is 90 mg/kg and single dose is 15 mg/kg. 4-6 doses max. But if 2-3 doses are ineffective, increasing dose might not be good. If still fever doesn't come down switch to tab meftal spas 2 -3 times a day.
Do cold sponging of body. Remove clothes.
Keep in room temperature 25-30 degrees and well ventilation
do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment if you feel necessary.

I would recommend you to take tab iron 60 mg + folic acid once to twice daily regularly with food.
Weakness and dizziness are due to less hemoglobin.
This syrup will relieve weakness and dizziness but it will not solved the main problem of anemia
you can take it as well with iron.

That depends on how much is your rbc and hemoglobin level.
High rbcs are bad as they may be sign of underlying disorders.
Blood donation is a common way of dealing with high rbcs.
Please tell specific values so I can guide you.
Do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment if you feel necessary.

Normal adult lymphocyte count should be 20-40%. Red flag range is <20% or > 55%. Since all other counts are normal and no specific health issue you may ignore it. Acute or chronic viral or bacterial infection are common causes of high lymphocyte count. You have not mentioned need for medical test. Usually they focus on some chronic health disorder. For personal satisfaction get cbc test again after about a month to look for only gross abnormality if any.
