I am 30 year old lady ,i am suffering from hypothyroidism since 7 year, my tsh level is often elevated but t3 and t4 remain normal, recently I have done my tsh test and it was 24. From last year my body weight increase and anytime I felt like tired types.

Your tsh is certainly not under control. I hope your doctor has done tests on thyroid antibodies. You must consult an endocrinologist or physician - internal medicine md and remain under his guidance for monitoring and review till tsh is brought around 2.5 to 4.5.

You are normal regarding thyroid.
T4 increase during pregnancy in physiological conditions.

Mujhe hypothyroid hai. Mujhe pata nehi kai baar bp badhjata hai. Kya karu. Jb badhta hai to kaise ajeeb mehsoos hota hai. Chk karne ke baad bp badha hua ata hai. Kya karu bht paresan hu. You have not mentioned the medications you are taking. Hypothyroid and bp are not very difficult issues for doctors to manage. For hypothyroid regular tablets and thyroid profile test at least every 3 months to fix the dosage is necessary. For high bp you should keep a diary to record your bp regularly at least every week at the same time, preferably in the evening under proper conditions of no exercise, intake of tea, coffee etc for half an hour before recording. I have been taking 100 mcg thyronorm since 8 years. Very recently on arpil 19 2023 I took the tsh sensitive test and my tsh level was 0.20 uiu/ml. And the doctor mentioned that your is too low indicating too much thyroid medication. I am now taking 75 mcg my question is that tsh 0.20 uiu/ml is considered as overactive thyroid, so why is that the doc has prescribed of levothyroxine? Please advise as I am confused now.

As your dose was more than required so your doctor rightly decrease the dose.
Tab. Levothyroxine is for hypothyroidism treatment.
Recheck after 6 weeks.
