Mam there are no other symptoms for tubal block except for infertility. Follicular study is a different entity, it gives an idea about your ovarian function. One can become pregnant when all three- ovary, tubes and endometrium are healthy and functional. If there is block in tubes it will require further investigation. You must get a diagnostic laparo- hysteroscopy done. This is a confirmatory test for tubal pathology and if possible tubes can be opened in same sitting.

The fallopian tubes are a pair of thin tubes that transport the egg from the ovaries to the uterus. They can either be fertilized or discarded along the process of menstruation. The ovary release one egg every month and the cilia (hair-like projections inside the uterus) transports them to the ovary.
