Hi doctor, i'm mehboob sultana, 52 yo, have pus formation and swelling in my right toes. I've been treated with medication at phc, loutolim and sgdh. The wound has healed a bit, but I still have swelling - 2nd 3rd 4th toes of my right leg. I need your opinion on this issue. I have booked an appointment for wednesday 28th december, 2022 at 10: 00 am. I'm have suffered stroke twice which has left me with limited mobility - right side hand and leg, speech.

clavum 1000three times a day after food for five days.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.

Ultracet two times a day after food for five days or as required
take a bucket fill it with hot to warm water add one teaspoon of salt dip your leg for 7-10 min. Two times.

I need to find out what could be the underlying condition for this. 65 year old borderline overweight woman. She is collecting fluid and has edema in the whole body. Lymph massage is reducing edema, but at times when getting up from sitting on a chair she is bending 90 degrees. Her knee bones she says are as if floating and then fusing, so she has to wait in the right angle position for 1-2 mins. Is this related to kidney disease or some other problem. I'm taking a tazloc h tablet for more than a year as prescribed by a doctor for high bp conditions. But i'm experiencing swelling only in my right leg especially my lower leg for the past 3-4 months and visited the doctor they'd told me to take an ultrasound scan and results report came out with subcutaneous edema in the lower limb of the scanned leg that is only my right leg. Now my right abdomen and chest have also started swelling. I don't know what to do next please help me with what I can do.
