Hi, Insomnia can be a cause of hair fall. Do you sleep or take a nap in the daytime. If so then stop it.
If you are not able to sleep, do not watch tv or mobile whats app etc. Read a good book. Switch off tv at least 30 mins before bedtime. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
Do some exercise daily. Eat healthy well-balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bedtime. Also, dinner should be light
