Most likely a stye (hordeolum) or a chalazion (mebomian cyst), don't worry, these are medic terms. Either way you hv to see an eye doctor. Till then you need to do warm compression with a clean cloth for 10 mins x 3 times a day.

It may be conjunctivitis.
In most of the cases it is relieved on its own.
Do hot fomentation.
Refer to an ophthalmologist if symptoms are persistent.

wash eyes with warm water mixed with triphala powder twice daily.

Hello, sp2 lenses are pinkish-orangish tinted powered lenses. These are prescribed to high myopes for outdoor use.
